bookings made for
hotels or flights
have to be paid
in advance before
the departure date.
Payment can be made
by credit card (Visa,
Master Card, JCB
and AMEX) or Telegraphic
Transfer. Click

for credit card authorisation form. Guest
has to check-in
with passport or
ID card. A hotel
voucher showing
booking details
will also be faxed
or emailed to guest
for easy reference
at booked hotel.
No charge for children
under 12 years old
sharing room with
parents with non-extra
bed. For E-flight
tickets, guests
can print the tickets
from their E-mails.
No charge for enfant
under 2 years old
sharing seat with
his/her parent.
And children from
2-12 years old can
get discounted prices
on flight tickets
up to 10-50% from
adult rates depending
on each airline.

| Cancellation
& Amendment Policy: |
If
you should decide
to cancel the booking,
the notification
of your cancellation
must reach us at
least 7 working
days (not including
Sundays and Public
Holidays) before
your check-in date.
A full refund will
be credited to your
credit card account
less an administrative
fee of US$10.00.
If your notification
of cancellation
reaches us less
than 7 working days
(not including Sundays
and Public Holidays)
before your check-in
date, the amount
to be credited to
your credit card
account will be
the full booking
amount less one
(1) room night charge
and an administrative
fee of US$10.00.
All no show and
no notification
of cancellation
will be charged
one (1) room night
charge and an administrative
fee of US$10.00.
To make cancellation
within 48 hours
of arrival, that
hotel would charge
you for one night
and 100% of total
reservation charge
if you make a cancellation
within 24 hours
before arrival/No
show.
To cancel
your reservation,
you must do one
of the following:
Cancel by sending
us an e-mail with
the word "CANCEL"
in the subject line
and quoting your
booking ID e.g.
UK45678 if you have
one. If you do not
have a booking ID,
please send the
hotel name, location,
guest name and relevant
dates. Please send
the cancellation
to
cancel@honeysun.biz.
If, for any reason,
you do not utilize
your reservation
and have failed
to cancel it in
the above mentioned
manner, you may
be liable for the
full amount of your
booking.
Shortening
your stay
If you should need
to shorten your
stay, we will refund
your credit card
for the unused room
nights, less a 7%
refund processing
fee unless the individual
hotel's policy requires
that you be charged
the full amount
of your booking.
You must cancel
the unwanted room
nights with us,
as well as the hotel
receptionist, or
you will not receive
your refund, if
applicable.

CAUSE A BANK FEE
of 7% **
